Was thinking about carpets. Not sure why.

This is the reason I started writing Friday Perspectives. Sometimes I come up with a strong point, a perspective that others may not have thought of, which reveals a true relationship. Other times my thoughts end with a smile for the humor. Either way, I have found it is worth pondering the things that we see, hear, hope for, and use. Or in this case, step on.

Carpets can bring strong memories, like the wrestling matches between me and my brothers. Or the events hosted in those rooms. The cause of the pills on the carpet, and the search for a new carpet. A new carpet changes the looks as much as a new hair style changes us. You just feel different. Funny that something under our feet can have such a big impact.
